Accident Experience Rate

Selrico’s Workers Compensation Experience Modification Rate (EMR) provides a reasonable measure of our rate of workplace injuries when compared with other employers in the Telecommunication services industry. A rating of 1.0 means a company’s rate of workplace injuries was at the average for the industry. The graph below shows Selrico’s EMR for the years 2005 through 2007. Our rate represents a relatively low level in number of workplace injuries. In addition, very few of our claims have any lost work time associated with them. There were no relevant or significant findings.
